Annual Membership Renewal Month Announcement
 Dear Members,   
 As we step into the vibrant month of May, we are thrilled to announce that it's time for our annual membership renewal! Your continuous support and engagement have been the cornerstone of our success, and we're excited to continue this journey together. 

 Automatic Renewal for National SHRM Members: For those who have designated SCOHRC as their primary local chapter within the SHRM network, your membership renewal process will be seamless. Upon confirmation of your active SHRM membership, your SCOHRC membership will be automatically renewed.   
Renewal for Non-Primary SHRM Members: Members who have identified SCOHRC as a non-primary chapter within the SHRM network will receive a membership invoice via their registered email address. Simply follow the instructions provided to complete your renewal process conveniently.   
Chapter-Only Members: We encourage our Chapter-Only members to renew their annual dues through our website for a hassle-free experience. However, if you prefer receiving an invoice via email, rest assured, it will be sent to your registered email address promptly.  Updates on Fees and Dues: To ensure continued excellence in our programs and services, there have been slight adjustments in meeting/lunch/speaker fees and annual membership dues. Meeting/lunch fees are now set at $20 for members, $30 for non-members. Additionally, annual membership are now $75.   

Your support is vital in sustaining our community's growth and impact. We appreciate your understanding regarding these adjustments, which are necessitated by rising costs and our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our members. Renew your membership today and continue to be a part of our thriving community dedicated to advancing HR excellence and professional growth!

    Session Description: HR leaders love helping people reach their potential. That’s also what makes our burnout epidemic so heartbreaking. Burnout is caused by how we deal with constant change. The military calls these forces VUCA— volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.   

    Some good news? Through new self-awareness and some simple daily practices, we can help our teams stay ahead of burnout, and replenish their decision fatigue. We can shift our mindset from managing change to Leading Change.   

    Learn how this four-part system of conscious leadership practices improve how leaders relate to change, so they can stay in the game of sustainable growth, and foster cultures of collaboration and innovation.

    A powerful keynote that clearly defines what’s at stake— and the focus and structures required to not only survive, but to thrive in the rapid-change of life and work. Participants will leave with concrete steps on how to: 

  • Operate from higher levels of conscious leadership at work, versus a victim mentality. 
  • Create the consistent, daily practices that fuel more Tiny, Bold Moves— replenishing our decision fatigue, and preventing burnout so we can give our best. 
  • A decision-making framework to lead the projects that inspire us, versus drain us. 
  • How an internal culture of collaboration moves our team from “managing” change, to “leading” change— and why that is a major competitive advantage.

    IN PERSON with an ON DEMAND option! Join us for two and a half days of superior programming in a great venue! Attendees can enjoy the conference at the resort AND then have the option to obtain additional recertification credits via the ON DEMAND platform for any missed sessions. The ON DEMAND option will be available for up to 60 days after the conference ends.
